The main character, Michel remembered his
daughter Laura as he worked at starbucks where all workers are African American
people except for him.
She tried to introduce him to a more
realistic world but he didn’t listen to her when she took dinner with father.
She
had a feeling for how unfair life could be because she grew up with Africa-American.
The real world is unfair depends on their skin color.
Now he realized how wrong he didn’t
understand what she said. He saw the “real world” that she said, and he decided
to change his mind.
It is not easy for him to change his mind. He
is almost sixty-four years old. He faced the real world. I think it is good opportunity
for him.
